  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 ( 15- ounces) can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Dash freshly  ground black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces)
  • 6 to 8 fresh basil leaves, torn
