Shrimp Alfredo with Spaghetti squash and mushrooms
Ingredients
  • 2 servings of cooked spaghetti squash (1 cup)
  • 1 serving of mushrooms (½ cup)
  • 6 oz cooked shrimp ( 1 leanest with additional cheese added)
  • 5 TBSP of Classico light Alfredo sauce (1 healthy fat)
  • ½ oz low-fat mozzarella cheese on top (remainder of protein)
  • pinch of red pepper, garlic, and basil (depending on how much - that would equal about 1 condiment )
