Ingredients
  • ½ pound ground Italian Sausage
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ onion
  • Seasonings and garlic.
  • 32 ounces of chicken broth
  • ¾ bag frozen shredded potatoes
  • 1 bag frozen corn
  • 2 cups half and half (or I used whole milk)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
  1. Sauté sausage and beef with onion.  Add salt, pepper add any other seasonings you desire, along with chopped garlic.  Stir through.  Add Broth.  Add potatoes.  Seal and press “Soup” (after it comes to pressure it takes 30 min).  When done, QR.  Add corn and milk.  Turn back to Sauté for a few minutes to bring to a simmer to cook corn through.  If too thin, add cornstarch slurry as desired. Turn off.  Serve with shredded cheese on the top.
