White choc protein balls
Ingredients
  • 120g cashews, soaked in water overnight & drained
  • 65g desiccated coconut
  • 50g rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
  • 60g white chocolate
  • 40g coconut oil
  • 40ml maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
  • 40g desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
