  • 1 and ½ teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground fennel
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, or ½ teaspoon dried
  • ½ teaspoon salt
