Romy Gill's Easy Chicken Curry Recipe for Students
Ingredients
  • 1kg skinless chicken breast, diced into 2cm chunks
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp chilli powder or flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 garlic cloves, peeled and grated
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 x 400ml tin coconut milk
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 3 tsp vegetable or sunflower oil
