Maple Mustard Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, halved
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
Steps
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts, s & p and saute for 5 min.
  3. Pour in water, gently shake pan, cover with lid and reduce heat to medium.
  4. Cook for 7 to 8 min, tossing at halfway point until bright green and fork tender
  5. Mix mustard and maple syrup in small bowl. Drizzle over sprouts and stir to coat.
