Corn Pudding
sweet and perfect. Melanie made this for Sokal Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
  • 2 cans sweet corn, drained
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 stick (8 Tb) melted butter
  • 1 c shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 boxes cornbread mix (8.75 oz each)
  • ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Mix all together.
  2. Put in lightly greased crock pot.
  3. Cook 2.5 to 3 hours on high. It's done when a knife poked in the middle comes out dry.
