Vegan ‘pork’ burgers

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked black & red beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats (old fashion will also work)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbs dry sage
  • 1 tbs spicy mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp clove
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • subheading: Directions:
  • Add all of the ingredients into your stand mixer or a large bowl
  • Mix on a low setting or by hand for 3 to 5 minutes
  • Form into patties
