Protein Pineapple Whip (Healthy Dole Whip)
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Pineapple - Frozen
  • 1 Small Banana - Frozen
  • 2 Ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 3 Ounces Greek Yogurt - Vanilla, Pineapple, or Lemon
  • 1 ½ Scoops Protein Powder - Complimenting flavor (I like Vanilla)
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Sweetener - *Optional if your Protein Powder isn't sweet enough
