Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pasta shells
  • 1 lb. Kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp. butter, plus 2 tbsp. melted butter, plus more for greasing
  • 4 tbsp. cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 c. milk (preferably whole)
  • 2 c. (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1 ½ c. freshly grated Parmesan, divided
  • 1 ½ c. Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 (10-oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 (15-oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. panko bread crumbs
