In ceramic cups:  3 minutes and 4 NPR, they were too cooked
Ingredients
  • I get to have my grandson quite often for the day with an overnight stay! I have been cooking dishes while he is here in the instant pot! He is 10 years old. Last night made him mac and cheese. I just put about half a pound of pasta, cover with water with about ½ inch water over. Cook on manual pressure for two minutes with a quick release. I turn off pressure cooker and turn on to saute! Add about an inch of Velveeta cheese, butter and stir until melted. Then I add about ¼ cup of cheddar cheese , stir until melted! Turns out awesome. Well last night I made cream brûlée ,he says " grandma what is this?" I said " why do you not like it?" He says "no it is just heavenly!" lol I love kids. This morning he wanted some of my marvelous poached eggs in the pressure cooker! He then ended with "I love that thing!" Looking at the pressure cooker! I forgot I put one cup of water in pot! I place my eggs in silicone cups. Put on top of trivet. Manual pressure for 2 min and NPR one minute! 3 min manual was to much for me and 2 min was a little two runny so I added the one minute NPR and perfect!
