Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hamburger, cooked
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 10 oz cans cream of tomato soup
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • Salt and pepper to your taste
Steps
  1. Cook on beans setting for 15 minutes. Quick release. Will thicken more as it sits.
