  • Dressing
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 T mayo
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 1 t dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  •  
  • Salad
  • 1 bag of arugula
  • ½ c chopped onion
  • 1 can drained tuna
  • 1 can drained and rinsed white beans
  • 1 chopped avocado
  • ½ dried cherries
  • ½ cup feta

  • Can add nuts for crunch, or other veggies you’re trying to get rid of
