  • 1 scoop Collagen Powder
  • ¼ to ½ cup Coconut, Tigernut, or Banana Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut or Avocado Oil optional, to give the bowl more fat
