Note: this was very moist and I had to extend the cooking time by 30 minutes!!!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup honey
  • ⅔ cup water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons loose leaf good quality earl grey tea
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • zest and juice of ½ an orange
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup sliced almonds
  • ⅓ cup whole flax seeds
  • ⅓ cup uncooked quinoa
  • ⅓ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup dried strawberries
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
