¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup unsulfured molasses

1 large egg

subheading: Eggnog Filling:

5 tsp gelatin powder (14 grams)

1 ½ cup eggnog, divided (360 ml)

1 cup cream cheese, softened (226 grams)

1 14 oz. can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

subheading: Sugared Cranberries:

3 tbsp water (45 ml)

6 tbsp granulated sugar, divided (74 grams)

⅓ cup cranberries (35 grams)
