  • 70 g ( ⅓ cups) Granulated sugar
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • Rum min. 1 table spoon, for a more rum cake type use 3 to 5 tablespoons

  • 250 g ( 1 cups)   Callebaut WhiteChocolate (callets) good quality white chocolate
  • 38 g ( ⅕ cups) Vegetable oil
  • Mint leaves and Lime zest optional
