  • Salt - ½ teaspoon of salt.
  • Coconut Oil - 4 tablespoons of organic melted coconut oil. Mine is by the brand Prozis.
  • Greek Yogurt - 4 tablespoons of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
  • Egg - 1 large egg
  • Egg Yolk - 1 large egg yolk
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
