Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup butter or non-dairy butter softened
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 pastured egg
  • ½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips I use dairy-free as well as dark chocolate (72%) chips
  • ½ cup chopped nuts optional, I prefer pecans or walnuts
