Chinese Takeout-style chicken stir fry sauce
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
  • ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce (or soy sauce)
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Steps
  1. Mix well, add last in stir fry to cook and thicken.
