Cheesy Tex-Mex Frittata with Black Beans and Peppers
Ingredients

  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, chopped

  • Sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, pico de gallo, crispy tortilla strips, sour cream or hot sauce (optional)
