Sous Vide Tamarind Baby Back Ribs

  • Inspired by an amazing trip to the island of Bahamas this tamarind baby back ribs is absolutely delicious. This was an unanimous decision on recipe. We all loved so much that Ninja and MauMau almost killed eachother over some ribs... lol! I take you on a quick sight seen in the Bahamas including the world famous Queen's Staircase, the Atlantis and famous local restaurant Lukka Kairi.

  • HOW TO COOK BABY BACK RIBS SOUS VIDE.
  • I cooked sous vide @ 150°F - 65.5°C for 24hrs
  •  
  • Smoked using Hickory Wood @150°F - 65.5°C for 1hr.

  • note: INGREDIENTS *
  • Ribs
  • 2 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
  • To Taste I went medium on the seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon and smoked paprika)
  •  
  • Tamarind Sauce/Glaze
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • 5 tbsp brown
  • 3 tbsp tamarind Sauce ( amzn.to/2CnMoXa)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • note: Please note: This amount you will make 2 times! One for the sauce to go inside of the bag and the same thing again for the final glaze. I only showed once in the video but made it twice!
