Slow-Cooker Mushroom Beef Stroganoff
Pretty good. My husband loved it. As a personal preference, I’d cut back a little on the Dijon mustard next time.
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless beef chuck steak
  •  
  • 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 can (10-¾ ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Hot cooked egg noodles
  • Minced fresh parsley, optional
