Cherry Bakewell Protein Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp milled/ground flaxseed
  • Optional add ins:
  • 1.5 tsps maca powder
  • Handful of greens (spinach/kale etc)
