  • 1 cup cooked keema
  • 300ml (1 ¼ cups) base curry sauce
  • 75g fresh or frozen peas
  • ½ medium tomato - quartered
  • ½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro) finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger - julienned
  • Salt to taste
