  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 Teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 2 Dried Bay Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 10 Ounces Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded, (optional, use for the topping)
