Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 1 to 2 dried cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 to 2 green cardamom pod
  • 0.5 cup (35 g) thin wheat vermicelli
  • 3 Tbsp grounded pistachio
  • 3 Tbsp grounded slivered almonds
  • 2 to 4 dried dates chopped (soaked in rose water overnight)
  • 1.5 cups (685 ml) whole milk (or any milk substitute)
  • 4 Tbsp sweet condensed milk (or any sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1 Tbsp grounded pistachio and almonds for garnishing (optional)
