  • 1 and ½ tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder (gluten free)
  • 1 small pinch salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract - OPTIONAL but lovely for flavour
