Cheese Stuffed Pretzels
Ingredients

  • 3 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese cut into small sticks that are ¼ to ½ inch wide and about 2 inches long

  • ⅔ cups baking soda

  • 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon water whisked together (for egg wash)
  • coarse salt for sprinkling
