Loaded Baked Potato Salad
Ingredients
  • 3 pounds Uncooked Potatoes (peeled or not), diced 1" cubes (about 8 cups)
  • 1 ½ cups Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Crumbled Bacon, about 8 slices cooked
  • 3 Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
