  • 3 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese,  sharp, shredded
  • 4 teaspoons yellow curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper,  to taste
