Easy Gluten-Free Granola
Ingredients
  • 3 cups gluten-free old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup cashew pieces
  • ½ cup walnut pieces
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter or other nut butter runny is best
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt optional
