Sugar Cookie Syrup

  • 1 small saucepan
  • 1 syrup bottle
  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon butter extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • Instructions
  • Add the water and sugars to a small saucepan and whisk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the extracts.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then transfer to a jar or syrup
