- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon butter extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- Instructions
- Add the water and sugars to a small saucepan and whisk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the extracts.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then transfer to a jar or syrup
