A Healthy Soup for Weight Loss
Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut up into small pieces
  • ⅓ head green cabbage, rough chopped
  • 2 chopped green bell peppers in a rough fashion
  • ½ of a large onion that is yellow, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into thin slices
  • 1 can of sweet corn, drained from the can.
  • 1 can of green beans, trimmed and cut, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can of kidney beans, 15 ounces total, drained
  • 2 measures of chicken stock
  • good squeeze tomato paste
  • couple cloves garlic
  • salt & pepper
