Ingredients
  • I make an upside down apple pecan pie. It’s good. 1cup chopped pecans, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 stick butter melted. Put in pie pan, even out. Place pie crust over pecan crust, add sliced green apples that have been tossed with ¼ C flour, ⅓ C sugar , cinnamon and nutmeg to taste . Put top crust on pie. Slice vents. Cook at 375 degrees for 1hour. Let cool for about 20 minutes then place plate over pie plate and turn upside down.
