Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¾ cup of oat flour (GF if needed)
  • ¾ cup vanilla whey protein powder (GF if needed, I use North Coast Naturals brand)
  • 1 cup of 0% fat Plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup egg whites
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 packets of stevia (I used Krisda brand)
  • 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
