Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ white onion
- 5 medium brown mushrooms
- 3 large kale leaves
- ½ cup broccoli
- ½ red pepper
- 300g ground beef
- 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Steps
- Directions: Chop the broccoli, red pepper, onion and kale. Slice the mushrooms. In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil on medium-high heat and add the onions for about 1 minute. Add the rest of the vegetable and cook an additional 2 minutes stirring frequently. Add the ground beef and the spices and cook for 2 minutes and reduce the heat to medium. Cover the skillet and let it cook until the beef is brown (about 5 to 10 minutes).
