Keto Ground Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ white onion
  • 5 medium brown mushrooms
  • 3 large kale leaves
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • ½ red pepper
  • 300g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Steps
  1. Directions: Chop the broccoli, red pepper, onion and kale. Slice the mushrooms. In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil on medium-high heat and add the onions for about 1 minute. Add the rest of the vegetable and cook an additional 2 minutes stirring frequently. Add the ground beef and the spices and cook for 2 minutes and reduce the heat to medium. Cover the skillet and let it cook until the beef is brown (about 5 to 10 minutes).
