  • ½ teaspoon Indian red chili powder (spicy)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garam masala (divided)
  • ½ teaspoon honey or sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ cup cream ( vegan : use cashew cream or thick coconut milk)
  • ½ to ¾ cup water
