Ingredients

- ¾ c chopped walnuts or pecans (we prefer pecans)

- 3 c confectioners' sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- ¼ c heavy cream, whipping

- 1 ⅓ c sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 3 lg eggs
- ⅔ c heavy cream
