  • 1 ⅓ cup wholemeal flour
  • 2 TP scoops Vegan 85 French Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 tsp True Protein Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • ⅓ cup Greek yoghurt
  • ⅓ cup True Protein Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 tsp True Protein Cinnamon Powder (for topping)
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar (for topping)
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds (for topping)
