Double-Dip Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Ingredients
  • 300ml buttermilk
  • 2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 8 chicken pieces (a mix of thighs and drumsticks)
  • 250g plain flour
  • about 2 litres of vegetable oil, to fry
  • subheading: FOR THE SPICE MIX:
  • 2 ½ tsp garlic granules
  • 2 ½ tsp onion granules
  • 2 ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
