Ingredients
  • One butternut squash (cut in half and cook face down, fill pan ¼ with water @350 for 40 minutes) Peeled and cubed.
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • one each of yellow, red, and orange bell pepper, cut into large chunks
  • finely (I mean REALLY finely) chopped spinach
  • ½ onion
  • 3 cloves garlic (or equivalent in jarred garlic)
  • 1 lb pork or turkey or beef
  • 1 TB chilli powder
  • 2 tsp cummin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • salt
