  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
  • ¾ lb smoked turkey sausage, cut into ¼-inch slices, slices cut in half
  • 2 cups uncooked basmati rice
  • 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso™ chicken broth (4 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
