Ingredients
  • 1 large head of napa cabbage, roughly chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • 1 green apple/pear, grated
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 4 to 6 fresh chilli pepper
  • 4 tablespoon sea salt
  • 4 cups filtered water
