Easy Instant Pot Hamburgers featuring onion soup mix
Hamburgers done easy in the instant pot with dry onion soup mix for extra flavor

Servings: 8 quarter pound burgers

Servings: 8 quarter pound burgers
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of lean ground beef
  • 2 packets of dry onion soup mix
  • 1½ cups water
  • 8 pieces of aluminum foil
Steps
  1. Mix ground beef in a bowl with the 2 packets of onion soup mix
  2. place water in the instant pot, then place trivet
  3. form patties, place on aluminum foil and wrap securely
  4. stack the foil wrapped patties staggered on the trivet
  5. set your instant pot to 20 minutes, high pressure. Make sure your valve knob is turned to "sealed."
  6. After the 20  minutes is up, quick release.
  7. Remove, unwrap and enjoy.
Notes
  • Easy clean up. Can vary recipe by any additional add ins. These burgers are well done.
