Blueberry Sauce

Add to yogurt
Ingredients
- Beck S Wares I used the standard yogurt recipe that was shared on here (using the jars) I made it yesterday and let it get cold overnight in the fridge. The blueberry sauce was 2 cups of frozen blue berries, ½ cup of sugar and ⅔ cups of hot water in the instant pot. I did manual for 2 mintues. When it was done, I turned it off and let it sit for 5 min. And then very very slowly released the pressure. Then I opened it up and "sauté " it until it made a nice syrup. Then once the sauce cooled down I put it in the fridge to get cold. Then when I was ready to make the frozen yogurt, I mixed 2 pints of the homemade yogurt with ¼ cup of milk, ⅔Rd cup of sugar and 1 tbs of vanilla. I put it in my soft serve machine. I put a small amount of the syrup into the machine with the yogurt and then I put a spoonful of the blueberry sauce into my cup and "painted" it around, so it added just the perfect amount bluberry in every bite. It is yummmmmmy and the homemade yogurt made it extra creamy.
