Roast Pork Tenderloins, Chinese-Style
Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloins, (2 loins total, about 1 pound each), trimmed of silver skin and patted dry with paper towels
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 2 teaspoons)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
