  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • A dash of Cinnamon, allspice or pumpkin spice (optional for fall flavors)
