Pumpkin angel food cake
Ingredients
  • One can Libby's pumpkin pie mix
  • One container Cool whip
  • One box angel food cake mix
Steps
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350° f.
  2. 2. Prepare a 9 x 13 cake pan, you can use a bundt pan or individual loaf pan. Lightly oil and flour the pan. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin and dry angel food cake mix together, nothing else. Think of this cake as only two ingredients.
  3. 3. The pumpkin will change to a lighter color and will foam up, this is what it is to do. Mix until all cake mixes well incorporated. Poor batter into your prepared pan. Bacon oven at 350° for about 30 minutes, test with a toothpick for doneness. Serve warm with a dollop of cool whip.
Notes
  • Try this with apple, or blueberry, or cherry pie filling.
